A softer side of Nigerian Afro-fusion artist oSHAMO comes forward on “For Your Tears”, his September 2026 collaboration with Shiloh Yodellé under emPawa Africa.
The single follows “Shina Rampe” and reunites oSHAMO with Shiloh Yodellé after their earlier collaboration “Stars Misaligned”. Here, both artists lean into vulnerable songwriting centred on emotional hurt and the difficult aftermath of a relationship.
Skeellz handles the production, favouring acoustic warmth and a restrained Afro-fusion arrangement over a heavily percussive approach. That space allows both vocal performances to remain clear while giving the song’s intimate writing room to breathe.
The record adds another dimension to oSHAMO’s 2026 output after appearances alongside artists such as Pheelz and Shoday. Reconnecting with Shiloh also develops an existing creative partnership instead of treating the feature as a one-off pairing.
